  • Multi-state Hotel Alteration Project | IN, TN, VA & TN

     
    • Scope: 400+ Units Apartments.
    • Role: Managed the full-scale cabinetry solutions for a sprawling 400+ unit apartments portfolio across four states.
    • Outcome: Demonstrated rigorous oversight of time, quality, and budgetary constraints. This project served as a "proof of concept" for major construction professionals on how to modernize and revolutionize interior finishing materials sourcing for large-scale developments.

  • Mid-Rise Condominium Project for Sale | Southern California

     
    • Scope: 250+ Units (Phase 1 Completed; Phases 2 & 3 Ongoing)
    • Role: Providing a complete cabinetry, vanity and interior door package for a 250+ unit mid-rise condominium development. In this project, Carlton is also managing all installation, providing the builder with a seamless "one-stop" project lifecycle.
    • Outcome: Successfully delivered Phase 1; currently overseeing the planning and execution of two additional phases.
