New Hotel Development Project | IN & FL
- Scope: Modern franchise hotel with 80+ rooms.
- Role: Specialized in supplying hotel-grade doors, including wood suite entry and stair & hallway steel doors (up to 90-minute fire-rated), along with coordinated delivery of windows, lighting, and bathroom accessories.
- Outcome: Successfully delivered and coordinated hotel door and bathroom packages meeting fire-rating, code, and brand standards, and enabling on-time project completion.

Multi-state Hotel Alteration Project | IN, TN, VA & TN
- Scope: 400+ Units Apartments.
- Role: Managed the full-scale cabinetry solutions for a sprawling 400+ unit apartments portfolio across four states.
- Outcome: Demonstrated rigorous oversight of time, quality, and budgetary constraints. This project served as a "proof of concept" for major construction professionals on how to modernize and revolutionize interior finishing materials sourcing for large-scale developments.

Mid-Rise Condominium Project for Sale | Southern California
- Scope: 250+ Units (Phase 1 Completed; Phases 2 & 3 Ongoing)
- Role: Providing a complete cabinetry, vanity and interior door package for a 250+ unit mid-rise condominium development. In this project, Carlton is also managing all installation, providing the builder with a seamless "one-stop" project lifecycle.
- Outcome: Successfully delivered Phase 1; currently overseeing the planning and execution of two additional phases.

High-End Prefabricated ADU & Custom Homes | Southern California
- Scope: Modular Prototype & Production Line Integration
- Role: Built a highly customized interior solution for a luxury modular ADU and custom home builder. Carlton’s interior solutions were highly customized in this case; they have now been standardized as the primary design-build specification for all future modular homes in this upscale product line.
- Outcome: Enhanced the "luxury living" brand experience while streamlining the client’s manufacturing supply chain.

Scope: 30+ Units Premium Townhomes.
- Role: Delivered a comprehensive, turnkey interior solution for a 30+ unit townhome development. This included the procurement and coordination of cabinetry, flooring, interior/exterior doors, and premium bathroom accessories.
Outcome: Successfully delivered all materials end-to-end within a highly compressed 5-month timeline, meeting an aggressive construction schedule and enabling final project completion ahead of plan in early 2025.
